Anxiety Is Not the Enemy - Wednesday, 01/14/2026
Scripture: Philippians 4:4–7
Paul doesn’t scold people for being anxious. He invites them to bring anxiety into conversation with God.
Instead of spiraling inward, Paul encourages outward movement: prayer, honesty, gratitude. This isn’t about suppressing worry—it’s about redirecting it.
Joy you can count on grows when anxiety is consistently handed over rather than carried alone.
Reflection Question:
What anxiety do you tend to carry silently?
Concrete Practice:
When worry surfaces today, pause and name it in prayer—then name one thing you’re thankful for.
Prayer:
God, receive my worries and guard my heart with your peace. Amen.
