The holiday season can be especially difficult when you’re grieving the loss of someone you love.
If you’re dreading the empty chair, the quiet moments, or the memories that come flooding back—you don’t have to face it alone.

Join us for GriefShare: Surviving the Holidays, a compassionate, two-hour seminar designed to help you discover hope, peace, and strength through this season.

You’ll hear from counselors, pastors, and people who’ve walked through grief during the holidays and found ways to cope and heal. Together, we’ll talk about:

  • Handling unexpected emotions and triggers

  • Finding new meaning in traditions

  • Navigating social gatherings and invitations

  • Discovering where comfort and hope can still be found

Everyone who attends receives a Holiday Survival Guide—filled with practical tips, comforting scriptures, and journaling reflections for daily encouragement.

Registration is free but requested so we can prepare materials for you.
To register, call 513.539.7290, or email MonroeOHUMC@gmail.com.
Let this be a step toward finding light in the midst of loss.
