The series “Step into the Story” is one that encourages us to move beyond the simple sentimentality of this season of Advent and Christmas and consider that God knows our pain because of God’s Divine Experience of Being Human through Jesus.

We are never alone.

We are understood.

We are loved.

And we are called to alleviate suffering just as Jesus showed us in his time on earth because it all started with his birth into a world that was not-so-calm-and-bright... just like ours today.
