Scripture: Philippians 4:4–7
Paul’s words about peace are not written from a place of comfort—they come from a prison cell. That context matters. This is not theoretical advice; it is lived experience. “Do not be anxious… pray… give thanks.”
Every anxious thought can become a doorway to prayer. Instead of letting worry loop endlessly in our minds, we can redirect it toward God. We name what we’re afraid of, ask for what we need, and intentionally give thanks—even before circumstances change.
Over time, this practice reshapes us. Peace is not the absence of difficulty. It is the presence of God guarding our hearts and minds, even in the middle of it.
Reflection Question: What worry can you turn into prayer today?
Next Step: Rewrite one worry as a prayer.
Prayer: Replace anxiety with peace. Amen.
